Refund & Return Policy – Website Development Services

At MotherShepherd Private Limited(or referred as “MotherShepherd”), we strive to deliver exceptional website development services. This policy outlines refund eligibility for our services, including the Free Domain & Web Hosting for 1 Year promotional offer.

1. Refund Eligibility

A. Full Refund (Within 24 Hours of Project Start)

✅ Conditions:

  • No significant work (e.g., design approval, development) has started.
  • Free domain/hosting not yet registered/activated.
  • Request must be submitted via email to refunds@mothershepherd.in.

🚫 Non-Refundable:

  • If domain registration/hosting setup has begun (see Section 3).

B. Partial Refund (After Work Begins)

📉 Calculation:

  • Prorated based on work completed minus 15% administrative fee.
  • No refunds if project is 50% or more completed.

C. No Refund After Final Delivery

  • Once the website is approved and delivered, no refunds apply.
  • Free domain/hosting remains active for 1 year (if already registered).

2. Free Domain & Hosting Offer – Special Terms

A. Domain Registration:

  • If refund is requested before domain activation:
    • Domain cost will be deducted from refund (₹2,500).
  • If domain is already registered:
    • No refund for domain cost; client retains ownership.

B. Web Hosting:

  • If hosting is activated before refund request:
    • ₹2,499 (hosting cost) deducted from refund.
    • Client may retain hosting by paying the annual fee.

3. Non-Refundable Costs

  • Initial consultation fees
  • Third-party integrations/custom plugins
  • Discounts/promotions applied at sign-up
  • Domain/hosting (if already activated)

4. How to Request a Refund

📧 Email: refunds@mothershepherd.in with:

  • Client name, project details, and invoice number.
  • Reason for refund request.
    ⏳ Processing Time: 7–10 business days (to original payment method).

5. Project Cancellation by Client

  • After 7 days: Only partial refund (if eligible).
  • All access revoked upon cancellation.

6. Service Guarantee & Revisions

  • 15 days free minor revisions post-delivery.
  • Timeline delays (our fault): Partial refund/service credit.
